2012-2013 VHSL Sports Physical Clinic

Health Focus of Southwest Virginia will be holding their physicals for student-athletes on Saturday May 19, 2012 at Northside High School. It will run from 8:30 -11:30 am. Students must bring completed VHSL physical forms and a check for $17 made out to Health Focus of SW VA on the day of the physicals. VHSL physical forms are at the front desk.

This event is offered to students entering grades 7-12 in the 2012-2013 Academic year. Students cannot tryout, practice or play without a current physical form on file. Separate examination is required for each school year and must be completed between May 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 for the 2012-2013 school year.
